# SICHUAN EN INV: Kong Ce resigns as non-executive director

According to the announcement from Sichuan EN INV (01713), due to changes in work arrangements, Mr. Kong Ce has submitted his resignation as a non-executive director. Mr. Kong's resignation will take effect from the date his resignation letter is delivered to the board of directors on October 17, 2025.

At the board meeting held on October 17, 2025, it was approved to propose the appointment of Mr. Chen Yan as a non-executive director.

In accordance with the provisions of the Articles of Association and the Rules of Procedure for Board Meetings, the board resolved to appoint Mr. Yao Gengsheng as a member of the company's Risk Control Committee, with a term consistent with that of the fifth board of directors, and Ms. Xie Beiti will no longer serve as a member of the Risk Control Committee; and to appoint Ms. Xie Beiti as a member of the company's Audit Committee, with a term consistent with that of the fifth board of directors, and Mr. Yao Gengsheng will no longer serve as a member of the Audit Committee
