# ENVISION GREEN plans to issue 50 million shares at a premium of 1.31%, raising approximately HKD 154.9 million

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ENVISION GREEN (01783) announced that on October 17, 2025, the company entered into subscription agreements with subscribers (Vintage Antique Limited and Vision Capital Limited), under which the company conditionally agreed to issue and allot shares at the subscription price, and the subscribers conditionally agreed to subscribe for a total of 50 million subscription shares, representing approximately 1.78% of the total issued shares as of the date of this announcement; and approximately 1.75% of the total issued shares after the issuance and allotment of the subscription shares. The subscription price is HKD 3.10 per subscription share, a premium of 1.31% over the closing price of HKD 3.06 per share on October 17.

The total amount expected to be raised from the subscription is HKD 155 million, and the net proceeds from the subscription (after deducting all professional fees and related expenses) are estimated to be approximately HKD 154.9 million. The net proceeds are intended to be used for sales cooperation projects and environmental park projects
