Emdoor Info: The company's stock will resume trading starting from October 20

Emdoor Info announced that the company is planning to issue shares and pay cash to acquire the controlling stakes of Guangzhou Langguo Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Chengwei Information Co., Ltd., and intends to raise supporting funds. The company's stock will be suspended from trading starting September 29, 2025, with the suspension expected to last no more than 10 trading days. On October 17, 2025, the company will hold a board of directors and supervisory board meeting to review and approve the preliminary plan for this transaction and other related proposals. The company's stock will resume trading on October 20, 2025. The audit, evaluation, and other work related to this transaction have not yet been completed, and the company plans not to hold a shareholders' meeting to review this transaction for the time being
