According to the Zhitong Finance APP, HFH (301086.SZ) announced that its shareholder Hengmei International Limited (referred to as "Hengmei International") plans to reduce its holdings of 1.3449 million shares of the company (accounting for 1.50% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding and block trading from November 10, 2025, to February 9, 2026
