# ALK: The ALK-N001 project is still in Phase I clinical trials

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ALK (002940.SZ) announced that the company has noticed an increase in market attention towards its innovative drug business recently. Currently, the company has only one innovative drug project under research, which is the ALK-N001 project. As of the date of this announcement, this project is still in the Phase I clinical trial stage. On August 26, 2025, the company signed a "Strategic Cooperation Agreement and Licensing Agreement" regarding the ALK-N002 project with Aifei (Shanghai) Biopharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Aifei Biotech") and Shanghai Qinhuli Biopharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Qinhuli"). As of the date of this announcement, this matter has been approved by the company's shareholders' meeting, and Aifei Biotech and Qinhuli are still undergoing internal approval procedures
