# NLT: Plans to use CNY 157 million of raised funds to invest in the "Green Energy and Zero Carbon Park Planning and Construction Project"

NLT announced that the company held the 14th meeting of the third board of directors and the 13th meeting of the third supervisory board on October 17, 2025, where it reviewed and approved the proposal on the use of part of the raised funds to invest in the construction of new projects, agreeing to use part of the raised funds to invest in the construction of the new project "Green Energy and Zero Carbon Park Planning and Construction Project." This matter still needs to be submitted to the company's shareholders' meeting for review. As of June 30, 2025, the remaining raised funds of 157 million yuan from the "Smart City Perception System Design Center Project" that the company intends to change will be used for the "Green Energy and Zero Carbon Park Planning and Construction Project."
