# In the first nine months, CENTRALCHINA MT's contracted sales from managed projects amounted to 8.05 billion RMB, a decrease of 20%

In September, contracted sales were RMB 767 million, with a construction area of approximately 122,100 square meters. The average selling price was RMB 6,175 per square meter, an increase of 1.1% compared to last year. As of September, the group had 462 signed projects, with a construction area of approximately 56.46 million square meters

CENTRALCHINA MT (09982.HK) announced that in September, the contracted sales of projects under management amounted to RMB 767 million (same below), with a contracted sales area of approximately 122,100 square meters. In the first nine months, the cumulative contracted sales of projects under management reached RMB 8.047 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 20%; involving a construction area of approximately 1,303,200 square meters, a decrease of 20.8%. The average selling price per square meter was RMB 6,175, an increase of 1.1%.

During the month, the group secured 1 new signed contract project. As of September, there were a total of 462 signed projects, involving a construction area of approximately 56.46 million square meters
