# WEIGAO GROUP is potentially selling over 94% of Weigao Purui to exchange for Weigao Blood Purification A shares

WEIGAO GROUP (01066.HK) announced that on October 17, it signed a non-binding letter of intent, under which Weigao Blood Purification (603014.SH) intends to issue consideration shares to the company and Weihai Shengxi to acquire 100% equity of Weigao Purui. If realized, the group's overall business landscape will further expand.

Currently, the company holds 94.0706% equity of Weigao Purui, which focuses on the research, development, production, and sales of prefilled drug delivery systems and automatic safety drug delivery systems, committed to providing a one-stop drug delivery overall solution for global biopharmaceutical companies
