# COASTAL GL's 36.93% equity may change hands, resuming trading on Monday

COASTAL GL (01124.HK) announced that its major shareholder Coastal International and independent third party Tao Qian Limited (the offeror) plan to enter into a sale and purchase agreement by the end of October, under which Coastal International intends to sell a 36.93% equity stake along with loans, involving 153 million shares. If realized, the offeror must make a mandatory general offer as required.

The company's shares have applied to resume trading on Monday (20th)
