# STARCOIN GROUP signs two memorandums of understanding for potential cooperation and institutional research

STARCOIN GROUP (00399.HK) announced that it has signed its first memorandum of understanding with Supernova, aiming to establish a framework for developing and managing blockchain-based systems and related token issuance in accordance with applicable U.S. laws and regulations; and to act as Supernova's designated representative for institutional collaboration projects related to AQP functional water technology and the relevant biotechnology owned by Supernova.

At the same time, it has signed a second memorandum of understanding with Scaling Lab., intending to collaborate on scientific research, including genetic epidemiology and physiology of cardiovascular diseases and their risk factors, as well as further research on aquaporins (AQP) and water and health-related topics
