# Nanjing Huamai Technology plans to change control rights, stock suspension

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Nanjing Huamai Technology (603042.SH) stated that on October 19, 2025, the company's actual controller, Mr. Xu Aimin, notified the company that he is planning to transfer the company's shares through an agreement, which may lead to a change in the company's control.

After applying to the Shanghai Stock Exchange, the company's stock will be suspended from trading starting from the opening on October 20, 2025 (Monday), with the suspension expected to last no more than 2 trading days
