KANGDA FOOD has suspended trading this morning pending the announcement of insider information

KANGDA FOOD (00834.HK) will suspend trading for a short period starting at 9 AM today (20th) to await the announcement containing insider information in accordance with the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers.

Due to today being a public holiday in Singapore, KANGDA FOOD's shares listed in Singapore will be temporarily suspended from trading on the Singapore Exchange starting tomorrow (21st)
