# Li Bin's latest internal speech: Approaching the moment of submission, Nio sounds the charge for profitability

Li Bin reiterated that the profit target for the fourth quarter must be achieved, and he listed this goal as the first item of his personal fourth quarter VAU. "This is the answer sheet that our entire team must deliver to prove our operational efficiency and management capabilities."
