# ST Bauing Decoration plans to change control rights, with a suspension period expected to not exceed 2 trading days

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, \*ST Bauing (002047.SZ) announced that the company has received a notice from its controlling shareholder Zhuhai Da Hengqin Group Co., Ltd. ("Da Hengqin Group") that Da Hengqin Group is planning to change the company's control rights, which may lead to a change in the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller.

The company has applied to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange for a suspension of its stock, which will take effect from the opening of the market on October 20, 2025 (Monday), with the suspension expected to last no more than 2 trading days
