According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Xinjiang Dunruo Highway Investment Development Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 100 million yuan. Its business scope includes: sales of motor vehicle charging; centralized fast charging stations; automobile towing, rescue, and clearing services, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is jointly held by Xinjiang Communications Construction Group and China Communications Construction
