# Apple's first eSIM phone is about to be released, concept stocks are taking the lead

On October 22, Apple's first eSIM version iPhone Air without a physical SIM card slot will officially go on sale in China. According to GSMA Intelligence, the number of global eSIM smartphone connections is expected to reach 1 billion by the end of 2025; by 2030, this figure will surge to 6.9 billion, at which point eSIM will account for 76% of the total global smartphone connections. According to statistics from Securities Times·Data Treasure, as of the close on October 20, eSIM concept stocks have averaged a 42.42% increase this year, significantly outperforming the Shanghai Composite Index during the same period. Six stocks have seen a cumulative increase of over 50%, namely Hengbao Co., LTD., Eastcompeace, CHENGTIAN WEIYE, New Henghui, CTD, and Megmeet
