According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Chixia Development (600533.SH) announced that from July to September 2025, the company's contracted sales area of commercial housing was 4,800 square meters, compared to 4,300 square meters in the same period last year; the contracted sales amount of commercial housing was 83 million yuan, compared to 121 million yuan in the same period last year. From January to September 2025, the company's contracted sales area of commercial housing was 32,600 square meters, compared to 19,700 square meters in the same period last year; the contracted sales amount of commercial housing was 872 million yuan, compared to 501 million yuan in the same period last year
