# TIANMAI: Suzhou City wins land use rights

On October 20th, Suzhou Tianmai announced that the company recently won the bidding for the state-owned construction land use rights of the land parcel numbered "Su Wu Guo Tu 2025-WG-14" from the Suzhou Natural Resources and Planning Bureau for 22.4 million yuan. The land use rights obtained through the bidding will primarily be used for the construction of the Suzhou Tianmai intelligent manufacturing base project for thermal conductive and heat dissipation products, which is beneficial for expanding the production capacity of the company's advantageous products
