In 2025, Baotou Tianhe Magnetics Technology Co., Ltd. actively responded to national policies, and its wholly-owned subsidiary Tianhe New Materials plans to invest 850 million yuan to construct the "High-Performance Rare Earth Permanent Magnet and Component, Equipment Manufacturing and R&D Project," which will be carried out in two phases, with the first phase expected to invest 210 million yuan. On October 9, the company's relevant meeting reviewed and approved the subsidiary's external investment proposal.
