# HJINV plans to increase the external guarantee limit by 31 million yuan, subject to the approval of the shareholders' meeting

In 2025, Xinjiang HJINV Co., Ltd. held a board meeting to review and approve the proposed increase in the external guarantee limit for the year 2025. The company plans to provide a guarantee of no more than 31 million yuan for its holding subsidiary, Huiyi Intelligent, which accounts for 16.40% of the most recent audited net assets. Huiyi Intelligent has a debt-to-asset ratio of 93.35%, and the company holds 82.45% of its shares. This guarantee is expected to require approval from the shareholders' meeting, and the limit will be valid for 12 months from the date of approval.
