Forecam announced that its shareholder, Fujian Provincial State-owned Assets Management Co., Ltd., which holds more than 5% of the shares, originally planned to reduce its holdings by no more than 4.8168 million shares, or 3.00%. Ultimately, from July 21, 2025, to July 28, 2025, it cumulatively reduced its holdings by 1.6056 million shares, accounting for 1.00% of the company's total share capital, with a transaction price of 31.2 to 34.83 yuan per share, totaling 51.4043 million yuan. The remaining 3.2112 million shares were not completed by the end of the planned period
