# CHANGHONG HUAYI: The repurchase of shares has reached 1% of the total share capital

CHANGHONG HUAYI announced that as of October 17, 2025, the company has repurchased a total of 7.1416 million shares through a special securities account via centralized bidding, accounting for 1.03% of the company's current total share capital, with a highest transaction price of RMB 7.19 per share and a lowest transaction price of RMB 7 per share, totaling RMB 50.7317 million. The company plans to use its own funds and special repurchase loans to repurchase part of its ordinary A-shares through centralized bidding for the purpose of implementing equity incentives, with a total repurchase amount of no less than RMB 150 million and no more than RMB 300 million, and the repurchase price not exceeding RMB 9.5 per share
