# UBOX ONLINE plans to implement full circulation of H shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, UBOX ONLINE (02429) announced that the board of directors has reviewed and approved the proposal for full circulation of H shares on October 20, 2025, which involves converting 40.6719 million non-listed domestic shares of the company into H shares. After obtaining all relevant approvals (including filing with the China Securities Regulatory Commission) and complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules, the 40.6719 million domestic shares will be converted into H shares, and the company will apply to the Stock Exchange for approval for the listing and trading of these H shares on the main board of the Stock Exchange. According to the company's Articles of Association, no approval from the shareholders' meeting is required for the conversion and listing
