# GOLDWIND provides guarantees for its wholly-owned subsidiary Goldwind Australia

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Goldwind (02208) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Goldwind International Holdings (Hong Kong) Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Goldwind International") has signed a "Warranty, Operation and Maintenance Agreement" with Zenith Energy Operations Pty Ltd, under which Goldwind Australia Pty Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Goldwind Australia") will provide warranty, operation, and maintenance services for its wind turbines.

Goldwind has signed a "Parent Company Guarantee Agreement" with Zenith Energy Operations Pty Ltd to guarantee Goldwind Australia's performance obligations and responsibilities under the aforementioned "Warranty, Operation and Maintenance Agreement," with a guarantee amount of AUD 13.346 million (approximately RMB 61.7079 million). The guarantee period is from the date of signing the "Parent Company Guarantee Agreement" until six months after the expiration of the last defect liability period under the "Warranty, Operation and Maintenance Agreement" (estimated from October 20, 2025, to September 20, 2043)
