Sina Technology has exclusively learned that Alibaba Quark is advancing an AI business codenamed "Plan C," which is led by the core team of Quark, with several senior members from Tongyi Lab also participating. Multiple sources have revealed that this plan is related to the layout of conversational AI applications, and a new result is expected to be launched soon. According to sources, "Plan C" has been secretly advanced within Quark for a long time, and what is about to surface is only a phased result. "This is a product that requires long-term investment and relies on breakthroughs in model technology." Regarding the origin of the codename "Plan C," there are currently several speculations. One theory suggests that "C" stands for "Chat," indicating that Quark may launch a brand new conversational format.
