# Change of Chairman at DICKSON CONCEPT

> DICKSON CONCEPT announced that Pan Disheng will resign from his positions as Executive Chairman and Executive Director, effective after the board meeting on October 20. Pan Disheng will continue to support the group and has been appointed as a member and chairman of the Investment Committee. The group's Chief Operating Officer, Pan Guanda, will be responsible for all business management, and Executive Director Chen Hansong will take over as Acting Chairman and Chairman of the Nomination Committee

DICKSON CONCEPT (00113.HK) announced that Pan Disheng has decided to resign from his positions as Executive Chairman, Executive Director, and Chairman of the Nomination Committee, effective immediately after the board meeting on October 20 (today). Pan Disheng will continue to support the group, and the board has appointed him as a member and chairman of the company's Investment Committee, effective the same day.

The group's Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director, Pan Guanda, will be responsible for the management of all group businesses, along with the daily operations of the group, while Executive Director Chen Hansong will take over the position of Acting Chairman of the group and Chairman of the Nomination Committee, both effective immediately after the board meeting on the same day
