JINHUI INC. announced that some of its directors, supervisors, and senior management personnel cumulatively increased their holdings by 509,700 shares through centralized bidding on the Shanghai Stock Exchange from April 21, 2025, to October 16, 2025, with an increase amounting to RMB 6.3377 million, accounting for 0.0521% of the total share capital. The implementation of this increase plan has been completed, with the actual increase amount reaching the established lower limit of RMB 6 million and not exceeding the upper limit of RMB 7.7 million; the increasing parties have committed not to reduce their holdings within 6 months after completion
