HUALI announced that as of October 20, 2025, shareholder Xie Shaozhuang has reduced his holdings by a total of 8.0603 million shares through block trades and centralized bidding, accounting for 3% of the company's total share capital. The reduction period was from October 13, 2025, to October 20, 2025, with a transaction price range of 16.29 to 21.78 yuan/share, cashing out 146 million yuan. After the reduction, his holdings decreased to 6.1232 million shares, with a shareholding ratio of 2.28%; the combined shareholding ratio with his concerted actor Tan Hongru decreased from 16.93% to 13.93%. This reduction plan has been completed and has reached the 1% threshold
