According to the Zhitong Finance APP, KYLAND (300353.SZ) announced that the company is planning to acquire assets through the issuance of shares and other methods. The target company for this transaction is Beijing Gaoweike Electric Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Gaoweike"). The company intends to acquire 100% equity of Gaoweike through the issuance of shares and cash payment, and to raise supporting funds.

The company's stock will be suspended from trading starting from the opening of the market on October 21, 2025
