# FENGYUAN's subsidiary will supply 100,000 tons of lithium iron phosphate cathode material products to Chuangneng New Energy

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, FENGYUAN (002805.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Shandong FENGYUAN Lithium Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "FENGYUAN Lithium Energy") recently signed a "Cooperation Framework Agreement on Lithium Iron Phosphate" with Wuhan Chuneng New Energy Co., Ltd., Xiaogan Chuneng New Energy Innovation Technology Co., Ltd., and Yichang Chuneng New Energy Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. (collectively referred to as "Chuneng New Energy"). The agreement stipulates that over the next three years, FENGYUAN Lithium Energy will supply 100,000 tons of lithium iron phosphate cathode material products to Chuneng New Energy. Both parties agree to establish a stable, trustworthy, and win-win partnership regarding the procurement of lithium iron phosphate cathode material products, product iteration and upgrades, etc., to achieve resource sharing and complementary advantages through deep cooperation, jointly promoting rapid development in the field of new energy materials
