# Western Securities plans to distribute 44.6343 million yuan in cash for the first half of 2025

Western Securities: Western Securities announced that the company's profit distribution plan for the first half of 2025 has been approved by the board of directors and does not require the review of the shareholders' meeting. Based on a total share capital of 4.463 billion shares after excluding the repurchased shares of 6.1479 million shares, a cash dividend of 0.1 yuan will be distributed for every 10 shares to all shareholders, with a total cash dividend distribution of 44.6343 million yuan, no bonus shares will be issued, and no capital increase will be made. The equity registration date is October 27, 2025, and the ex-dividend date is October 28, with dividends to be distributed on October 28
