According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Longhua Technology (300263.SZ) announced that its shareholder General Technology Group Investment Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as "General Group") plans to reduce its holdings in the company by no more than 10 million shares, or no more than 0.97% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding transactions from November 11, 2025, to February 10, 2026
