# Kanhoo: Shareholder holding over 5%, Wang Guojiang, reduced holdings by 2.7542 million shares

Kanhoo announced that its shareholder, Wang Guojiang, who holds more than 5% of the shares, will reduce his holdings by 2.7542 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading from September 12, 2025, to October 16, 2025, accounting for 1.00% of the company's current total share capital. This reduction will decrease Wang Guojiang's holdings from 25.8809 million shares to 23.1267 million shares, reducing his shareholding percentage from 9.38% to 8.38%. At the same time, Wang Guojiang and his concerted actors, Tang Fen and Wan Tao, will collectively reduce their holdings from 30.3426 million shares to 27.5884 million shares, decreasing their total shareholding percentage from 11.00% to 10.00%. The proportion of this equity change has reached an integer multiple of 5%
