# INFINITY DEV: Share consolidation has taken effect

> According to the announcement from INFINITY DEV, the share consolidation became effective on October 20, 2025. Due to the effectiveness of the share consolidation, the change in the trading board lot size will take effect on October 20, 2025. The board lot size for shares traded on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will change from 4,000 existing shares to 2,000 consolidated shares. The original counter for trading consolidated shares with the new board lot size of 2,000 consolidated shares will reopen at 9:00 AM on November 4, 2025

According to the announcement from INFINITY DEV (00640), the share consolidation will take effect on October 20, 2025. Due to the effectiveness of the share consolidation, the change in the trading board lot size will also take effect on October 20, 2025. The trading board lot size for shares traded on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will be changed from 4,000 existing shares to 2,000 consolidated shares. The original counter for trading consolidated shares will reopen at 9:00 AM on November 4, 2025, with the new trading board lot size of 2,000 consolidated shares
