# YDME: The National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund has cumulatively reduced its holdings by 1% of the company's shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, YDME (688172.SH) announced that the company recently received a notice from its shareholder, the National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund Co., Ltd. (referred to as "National Integrated Circuit Fund"), regarding the results of the centralized bidding reduction of shares. As of October 20, 2025, the National Integrated Circuit Fund has cumulatively reduced its holdings in the company by 14.2762 million shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 1% of the company's total share capital. This reduction plan has been fully implemented. After the completion of this reduction plan, the proportion of shares held by the National Integrated Circuit Fund decreased from 7.08% to 6.08%
