# Pledge and Release of Shares by the Controlling Shareholder of HONGRUN CONSTRUCTION

HONGRUN CONSTRUCTION announced that recently, its controlling shareholder HONGRUN Holdings pledged and released part of its shares. On October 17, 2025, HONGRUN Holdings pledged 18 million shares, accounting for 4.77% of its holdings and 1.45% of the total share capital, as collateral for bank loans; on October 16, it released 21 million shares from pledge, accounting for 5.57% of its holdings and 1.70% of the total share capital. As of the announcement date, HONGRUN Holdings and its concerted parties held a total of 521,265,141 shares, accounting for 42.13% of the total share capital. After this change, the pledged shares amounted to 238,200,000 shares, accounting for 45.70% of its holdings and 19.25% of the total share capital. This pledge does not affect the company's operations
