# Beijing's intelligent connected vehicle industry is entering the fast lane

At the recently held World Intelligent Connected Vehicles Conference, it was introduced that China's intelligent connected and new energy vehicle industries are at the global leading position, and Beijing will accelerate the creation of a highland for the development of the intelligent connected vehicle industry. Data shows that Beijing's "dual intelligence" urban construction has achieved integrated coverage of 600 square kilometers of vehicle-road-cloud infrastructure across the city, with a cumulative autonomous driving mileage exceeding 45 million kilometers. In the past two years, Beijing's automotive companies, such as Xiaomi, have "set a national precedent" in the fields of new energy and intelligent connectivity, making positive contributions to the construction of a strong automotive nation.
