# BLB: Baopufu Tong plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 3%

According to the announcement from Dolphin Research, BLB (002286.SZ) announced that its major shareholder, Ningbo Bao Pu Fu Tong Asset Management Center (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Bao Pu Fu Tong"), which holds 7.10684% of the shares, plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 11.417 million shares, or no more than 3% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after the announcement date (from November 11, 2025, to February 10, 2026)
