# Xuefeng Sci-Tech (Group): Tian Yong resigns as General Manager, continues to serve as Party Secretary and Chairman

On the evening of October 20th, Xuefeng Sci-Tech announced that the company recently received a written resignation letter from General Manager Tian Yong, who applied for resignation from the position of General Manager due to work adjustments. The resignation of General Manager Tian Yong will take effect from the date it is delivered to the company's board of directors. After this resignation, Tian Yong will continue to serve as the Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman, member of the Board's Strategic Committee, and member of the Board's Nomination Committee. The Board agreed to nominate Zhang Dasong as the General Manager of the company, with a term starting from the date of approval by this Board meeting until the expiration of the fifth Board's term
