# ECOBEAUTY 48.8376 million restricted shares will be listed for circulation

ECOBEAUTY announced that the shareholder applying for the lifting of the restricted shares is Hunan Juyin Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd., which acquired 48,837,579 restricted shares during the judicial auction of the then-controlling shareholder Jiayuan Chuangsheng in September 2024, accounting for 4.25% of the company's total share capital, and completed the transfer registration in 2025. The listing and circulation date for the lifted restricted shares is set for 2025 \[specific date missing\], with a quantity of 48,837,579 shares. After the lifting of restrictions, the proportion of restricted circulating shares will decrease to 27.77%, while the proportion of unrestricted circulating shares will increase to 72.23%.
