According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Nanjing JULONG (300644.SZ) announced that its shareholder Jiangsu Suhao Fashion Group Co., Ltd. plans to reduce its holdings of 3.25 million shares of the company (accounting for 2.94% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding and block trading from November 11, 2025, to February 10, 2026
