According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Xintian Pharma (002873.SZ) announced that its controlling shareholder Shanghai Xintian Zhiyao Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Xintian Zhiyao") plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 7.05 million shares through block trading and centralized bidding from November 11, 2025, to February 10, 2026, accounting for 2.9962% of the total share capital after excluding the shares in the company's repurchase special account
