According to the Zhitong Finance APP, FINGU announced that the company received a "Share Reduction Plan Notification Letter" from Mr. Meng Qingnan, one of the company's controlling shareholders and actual controllers, and his concerted actor Mr. Meng Fanbo. The total reduction plan does not exceed 20,498,574 shares (i.e., no more than 3% of the company's total share capital)
