# QUN XING Toys terminates the planning of major asset restructuring matters

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, QUN XING (002575.SZ) announced that the company previously planned to acquire no less than 51% of the equity of Hangzhou Tiankuan Technology Co., Ltd. in cash. Due to the failure of all parties to reach an agreement on core terms such as transaction price and transaction plan, and after the company conducted thorough and prudent research and friendly consultations with relevant parties, it agreed to terminate this major asset restructuring matter
