According to Wind data, on October 21, a total of 5 companies in the A-share market announced related plans for private placements. Among them, 2 companies disclosed stock private placement proposals, and 3 private placement proposals were approved by the shareholders' meeting. From the latest disclosed private placement proposals on that day, Kingsignal's private placement fundraising proposal has the highest amount, with a planned fundraising of no more than 292 million yuan. Since the beginning of this year, 119 companies have announced that their private placement plans have been completed, with 56 companies having private placement amounts exceeding 1 billion yuan. Specifically, Bank of China, PSBC, and Bank Of Communications have the highest private placement fundraising amounts, totaling 165 billion yuan, 130 billion yuan, and 120 billion yuan, respectively
