According to the "Regulations on the Administration of Import and Export of Goods of the People's Republic of China" and the "Interim Measures for the Administration of Tariff Quotas for Fertilizer Imports," the Ministry of Commerce has formulated the "Total Amount, Allocation Principles, and Related Procedures for Fertilizer Import Tariff Quotas in 2026." The total amount of fertilizer import tariff quotas for 2026 is 13.65 million tons. Among them, urea is 3.3 million tons; diammonium phosphate is 6.9 million tons; compound fertilizer is 3.45 million tons
