# HYDSOFT: The antitrust review of the acquisition of Baode Computing's equity has been approved

HYDSOFT announced that the company's controlling shareholder, ShenHui Holdings, has completed the transfer procedures for acquiring 22.0875% of the shares of Baode Computing through ShenHui Jinwu. ShenHui Holdings will gain control of Baode Computing, and the actual controller of the company, Yu Hao, will become the actual controller of Baode Computing. In addition, ShenHui Holdings received the "Decision on Not Implementing Further Review of Operator Concentration Antitrust Review" issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation on October 20
