# Li Junhua appointed Chairman of CSSCSTC

According to the Tianyancha App, recently, CSSCSTC underwent a business change, with Wu Xingwang stepping down as the legal representative and chairman, succeeded by Li Junhua. CSSCSTC was established in May 1997, with a registered capital of approximately 1.51 billion RMB. Its business scope includes construction engineering design, construction engineering surveying, and construction engineering contracting, and is jointly held by China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation, China Shipbuilding Heavy Industry Group, and Bank of China Financial Asset Investment Co., Ltd., among others. According to media reports, the company previously announced that due to work adjustments, Wu Xingwang applied to resign from his positions as chairman, director, and chairman of the board's strategic committee, and Li Junhua was appointed as the company's chairman and director
