# Modern High-tech: The holding subsidiary plans to increase capital and introduce investors

Modern High-tech announced that the company's controlling subsidiary, Guangdong Nata Functional Fiber Co., Ltd., plans to introduce Guangdong Provincial Yuecai Industrial Technology Equity Investment Fund Partnership through a capital increase and share expansion, whereby it will increase its capital in Guangdong Nata by RMB 44 million in cash, obtaining a 12.09% equity stake after the capital increase. The company's controlling subsidiary, Shanghai Nata New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., will waive its preferential subscription rights for this capital increase. After the completion of this transaction, the registered capital of Guangdong Nata will increase from 320 million yuan to 364 million yuan; Shanghai Nata's shareholding in Guangdong Nata will be diluted from 100% to 87.91%, and Guangdong Nata will still be a controlling subsidiary within the company's consolidated financial statements
