# VASTDATA plans to repurchase and cancel 152,000 restricted shares

VASTDATA announced that the company will hold a board meeting on October 21, 2025, to approve the repurchase and cancellation of 152,000 restricted shares under the 2023 Restricted Stock Incentive Plan at a price of RMB 9.05 per share. Due to 17 incentive recipients being assessed as "D/average" and 1 incentive recipient as "E/fail," the company plans to repurchase and cancel some or all of the restricted shares that have been granted but not yet released from restrictions. The total amount for the proposed repurchase is RMB 1.3756 million, which will be paid entirely with its own funds. After the repurchase and cancellation is completed, the total share capital of the company will decrease from 293,872,710 shares to 293,720,710 shares, with no substantial impact on performance
